| I was playing diablo for a long time over a year and spent a lot of my time after work playing the game saving up gold by trading, selling on rmah and the ah, selling loot I find and also spending my hard earned funds on gold from the rmah it has taken me a very long time! Around 2 month ago I had problems with my phone and the sync was corrupted with my authenticator, so I had it removed. I carried on playing and didn't spend any of the gold because I had been in 2 minds whether to sell it or save for RoS. then I stopped playing for about a month as I was playing other games. I decided to play a few days ago my password is the same but my authenticator is on my account again, obviously some bug with blizzard with all the errors that have been happening lately. I have another account which I logged in and saw my main account had not been online for just over 30 days (same time I stopped playing) so I conclude that yes its a bug. I also checked my email to ensure that hadn't been compromised (checked my log in history) as I don't use my email often and nothing at all shows any sign of my email being accessed. I sent a ticket to blizzard on 28/1/2014 requesting my authenticator be removed explaining problems with my phone etc and rec'd a reply soon after detailing rollback method. I quickly responded declining the request as I had around 8 billion gold on my account and the cap is only 10 million, I stated my gold amount on the ticket as I did not want a rollback which was replied to on 30/1/2014 stating authenticator had been removed and password reset. Now when I logged in my gold has all gone and I am left with 13.4m! I am absolutely appalled by this as the amount I had is worth around £200 in the rmah which I may have wanted to sell now as ah is ending soon! I spent A LOT of my time playing this game to acquire that amount which is completely legitimate! Edit. In addition, I would like to add that all my items are still on my account and everything is exactly the same apart from the gold is gone Like I said before there is no signs of compromise on my account so the conclusion is that someone from blizzard has removed that gold from my account for whatever reason, assuming I have been abusing the system or maybe for the extra cash I don't know. I have NEVER used any bots or any 3rd party software EVER and have always played the game in a respective manner adhering to the rules set by blizzard. The reason I say this is like I said before I checked with my other account and my main had not been accessed since I had last played. In addition, my email has not been compromised! so how can an authenticator be set on my account??? I am extremely displeased with my current situation, that is £200 worth of gold! which I have spent a mini lifetime of gaming to acquire and this should not be let to happen. All I request is that my account is looked into so that it can be apparent I have not done this myself (check previous logins) and my gold is returned back to my account. A rollback is fine as long as the cap is exempt from the process. I will be sending this same information in a ticket to blizzard under "I have an account management issue that isn't listed here" as I don't know how else to send a ticket which I can write in myself. I hope you can understand my distress and I greatly hope we can resolve this issue as this is theft and it involves a lot of money which I have a right to be the owner of. thank you for taking the time to read my post. please get back to me asap | ||
