| Hi guys, After killing the Skeleton King, I chose the Upgrade option in-game. I paid for the game, and missed the significance of the "72 hours" period. After returning to the game, I had no exit from the Skeleton King room - so I used the Town Portal. After reaching New Tristram, I still couldn't progress. At this point, I exited the game, and reloaded. I now find myself back at the very beginning of the game, but still have the correct level and all my progress/items - plus the Templar is with me. I can't seem to do anything but re-run the starting quests - the New Tristram waypoint isn't even activated for me. Is there any way to get back to the point after the Skeleton King encounter without simply playing the whole damn thing again? Thanks for your assistance :) | ||

| KalZakath, Once you've gotten past the Starter Edition restrictions still being in place, you're going to have to kill the Skeleton King again in order to advance as the path to the next area lies under his throne, which is opened once he's killed. On your character screen, select "Change Quest" and select Reign of the Black King > The Royal Crypts.
