What part of escalate this to your supervisors didn't you catch, So you close the ticket without referring it to someone who actually knows how to do something?
This was your issue, and you cannot take the 5 minutes to fix it. You don't need to roll back the account, give me the gold to reimburse for the lost items.

Your support so far is horrid and this is why you lost my subscription on the other games you charge for. It would be helpful to hire competent people in your call centers.

Please refrain from posting commentary or complaints about the game, the support process, or policy enforcement.

We understand that emotions can run high while dealing with technical issues, but such posts do not advance our goal of providing assistance to the widest audience of customers in this forum.

The representatives who have answered your tickets all told you what they could based on what they saw on your account activity records. There can not be a rollback performed simply because you request it, nor can they manufacture items or gold to replace those you claim to be missing. They have very strict rules and guidelines for performing rollbacks, which do not apply in your stated case.

The Technical Support forum is not the place to voice complaints however. It's purpose is to help users with installation issues and other problems related to playing the game.
