| ANDY, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| ANDY, I have a couple of suggestions: First, your video drivers are pretty old. You should try updating them if possible. This is a link to Nvidia's most recent drivers for your display adaptor: http://www.nvidia.com/object/notebook-win8-win7-64bit-320.49-whql-driver.html When installing them, use the Custom and Clean Install options, installing just the graphic drivers and none of the optional components. For the D3Prefs file, I'd like you to delete it so the game again uses default values. When you start making the changes you like, use Vertical Sync as you are but don't enable the fps limiters. Leave the # of sound channels to 16 or 32. Everything else you can play with as you see fit. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| ANDY , I'd still try updating the video drivers due to their age. Since you're seeing a problem with just one character, I'd try the following too: Delete the folder, \Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Cache, then run the repair tool in the launcher. You access that under the Help tab across the top of the launcher. It can take a while to run as it rebuilds the deleted info so please be patient and let it finish. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| ANDY, Nothing will happen to any of your characters. I'm hoping we fix the background not moving issue with these suggestions. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
