| My account diablo 3 was hacked and I lost all the money and the amount of valuable time I have put into this game. I ask for a rollback of my account and I lost even more after than before the rollback. Blizzard refuses to recognize their responsibility and returns the ball to me and told me that this is me who has not properly protected my login information. I ask for a refund because I will not play again in this game and even if I wanted to, it won't entertain me anyway because I lost too much. I'll give you an example, if someone clone my ATM card and steal $ 1,000 in my bank account, the bank will pay me my $ 1000 and they won't accuse me of failing to protect my PIN because they are responsible of my money. Blizzard should do the same thing but they not. I recommend to everyone to don'T buy and play blizzard games. Anyway, Blizzard does not sell us entertainment but they sell addiction and they know that very well. Their games are like drugs, we do not play because we like it, we play because we are addicted. I see here that the rollback for the account was performed with the data that was available to us on 7/5/13 - as was previously expressed through our support ticket to you, there was no other available rollback that could be used in order to restore the account in this circumstance. I would like to reiterate that although no security can guarantee 100% protection from an account compromise, the authenticators are your best defense against such kinds of issues. The mobile authenticators are free and are available for various smartphone and mobile devices.
