| Hey, I purchased Diablo 3 right when it came out and all my friends quit a few months after the game came out, they have all recently started playing again so I tried to log onto my account today for the first time since I quit and for some reason its telling me that I have a trial account, I have multiple dead lv 60s in the Hall of Fallen Heroes so I know I'm not crazy and have actually played this game before, has anyone experienced something like this? | ||

| Nick, You never really actually purchased Diablo III. You used the World of Warcraft Annual Pass program to get a free copy but it required you to pay for World of Warcraft for a full year in order to keep it among other benefits. You let those payments lapse back in 2012 so the Diablo III game account was reverted to a Starter Edition at that time. You'll need to speak to a Billing representative and get the billing issue straightened out first and then see if they're able to re-enable the original account for you.
