Hi! It can still take awhile for transactions to process, it really just depends on how much traffic is hitting BNet and the AH at that time. If after 72 hours you were still not seeing that the transaction completed, please reach out to us through a support ticket so we could investigate this in more detail.
Edit: It does look like your recent Auction for the gold (ID# 1629459885) is showing up as claimable. Give it a bit, and then please let us know through that channel if you continue to have any issues picking it up. Thanks! |
