| So long as there's no one else at your play location that may have access to your regular pw and email, having it set to once a week should be sufficient. There are plenty of people who prefer it to always be on, but the authenticator challenge (as we call it) is triggered as soon as we see a change in how you are logging in. It really just comes down to personal preference - if you have other people at your place who access that computer, then I'd definitely recommend that you keep it set to 'always ask for authenticator'.
