| Not sure how its done but i did have an authenticator on my accnt but when i logged on today most of all my characters are all cleaned out gold gone so and so forth.. they left what i had equipped on my main on wow not sure why but what ever. question is how in the world did i get hacked with authenticator on my accnt??? they took it off!! I did put a new one on when i found out all my stuff was gone.. I do have malware/antivirus/firewall all of what i thought was needed to keep my computer from being attacked. Just put in ticket cpl hrs ago so hopefully i get all my stuff from wow and D3 back. | ||

Hi Evile, just wanted to thank you for reporting the issue to us - I see that your most recent ticket regarding the rollback was responded to by one of our supervisors in Customer Support. If you have further inquires about your specific issue, please respond to that ticket so we can continue that conversation as needed. As a general statement; no security measure is fool-proof - That being said, having the authenticator and the SMS Protect on the account is still the best way at preventing the general kinds of security breaches which lead to compromised accounts. As ever, we do encourage our players to let us know as soon as possible if there's anything going on with your accounts. Time is always of the essence in these sorts of cases and the quicker we can get to looking at the issue, the better shape the account will be in. | ||
