| Hello, I have a serious issue related to Auction House where I bid a gear but did not receive the change back when I won the bid. I have already submitted a ticket the other day but ended up with nothing because the Customer Service Representative may misunderstood and changed the status as "resolved". However, the problem is not resolved at all. Here are the content from recent tickets --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6/17/2013 8:26 AM Hello, I have a problem with Auction House. On May, 9 2013, I put $ 2 billion gold to bid a gear called Mempo of Twilight and in the end I got it for $ 110,039,788 gold from Auction House. However, I got the gear but did not receive the change, $ 1,889,960,212 gold. The ordering number is 1531852764 and the status shows “failâ€. By the time when the gear has been shipped to my stash, the system also stated that “$ 1,889,960,212 gold cannot be shipped to my stash.†Could you help me find out what is going on? Why can’t I receive the gold? Thanks! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6/23/2013 3:01 PM Hey there! just got done reading over your petition about your Auction House issue and I was able to look into it for you with the order number you supplied. After investigating this issue, I can confirm that you had bid 110,039,788.00 gold for the item on 2013-05-07. The Auction completed on 2013-05-09 however the auction failed and was cancelled. Let me help you understand how the system works a little. When you bid on an item, they system only takes the amount you bid out. In this case it would be the 110,039,788.00 which we have verified. Once the auction concludes or fails as in this case, the money you used to bid on the item is automatically returned to your stash at the time the Auction is cancelled. Since there is no notification, you would not have been notified of the return as it would just be there in your stash. So for this particular auction, the item you bid on for 110,039,788.00 gold on May 7th and then completed as failed, returned that 110,039,788.00 gold to your stash immediately upon cancellation. You may or may not have noticed and since you just reported this, it is not possible to determine what exactly happened any longer. I do recommed in the future to contact us immediately if something like this happens again so we can assist you quickly. | KINDERS, I don't see how it's possible to be charged more than you paid. Can you please provide the auction ID so I can take a look? When adding funds to your Battle.net balance, it often takes upwards of 72 hours for the transaction to finalize. This is how it's always been and isn't likely to change.
