| Hello, really need help here! Last time, my brother bought me diablo3 game for me cause he know that i liked this game very much, so i played diablo 3 and i had stopped cause i got many things to do. Now, after i had installed back my diablo 3 in my pc to start playing this game back, and now they ask me to register account, I had lost my old account and i am sure it was deleted. So, i created a new account with the same email, and i tried to use my redemption code on the cd case, then they said it had been claimed. What should i do now? :(( PLEASE HELP! | ||

| Apan, Accounts are never deleted so if you know the name and password, you should still be able to access it. You wouldn't be able to use the same email address so if you did, that couldn't have been what the old account used. Your key is only able to be used one time and that's to attach the game client to a Battle.net account. It's never used again after that. I'm able to see another Battle.net account belonging to you as I suspected. It has Diablo III attached to it as well. I can't provide you with the name or email address but it's a Yahoo account if that helps. | BigDaddy, You'll need to use the Battle.net account you added the original game to. The account you're posting from now was just made yesterday.
