I bought the game from a shop at full price on release day, haven't played for a pretty long time but it even has on my game case 'standard edition', so I can't understand why my account has downgraded to a 'starter edition'. I type my code in and it says it's already been used by me, which it obviously has when I acquired the game. If you don't play for a while you aren't allowed the full game any more?

The Battle.net account you're posting from added a Starter edition of Diablo III to it back on 2012-5-19. There's no indication of it ever having the full release added.

You may have used a different Battle.net account at the time you bought the full game.

If the key you're trying to check that says it's been used ends with "7MDWC", it's a Guest Pass Starter Edition.

If that's not the key, you can email it to me at Omrakos.Support@Blizzard.com and I can see what Battle.net account it's been attached to.

The Battle.net account you're posting from was created 2013-11-11, a little over 2 months ago so it couldn't have been in use 1 1/2 years ago.

"vojteskaaa@email.cz" exists as a Battle.net account but it only has a Starter Edition of StarCraft II on it.

You're going to have to keep looking for the Battle.net account you used. If you happen to have a key used for the full game, if you email it to me, I can probably locate the account for you.

Neither of the email addresses you just listed are showing up as existing.

Without more to go on, I'm afraid my search capabilities are limited. You'll have to come up with the correct email address used when you bought the game originally.

Ok, what happened here is your account was compromised and they had changed the email address. You never followed up with us and tried to get the account back after that back in late 2012.

You're going to need to contact our Billing people to get that done now so you can again access your Diablo III account.

Looks like the account was compromised back in September 2013 and they changed the email address. You'll want to submit a support ticket and work with our Billing Department to try and recover it now.

The Battle.net account you're posting from was created yesterday. You've added a Diablo III GuestPass Starter Edition key to it, not a full retail key. If you bought the game, check to see if you have the right key in the box as the one you used isn't the right one.
