| Wanted to login and my credentials even got authenticated but got an error retrieving the Hero list. "there was an error retrieving licences on this account" So, why not create a ticket with blizzard support? Because this system of yours is unbelieveably stupid. The idea of answering a question, is a causal chain of asking and getting an answer. Where, do you think, do I save all those secret questions that I need to know only once in a year? But hey instead I could send in my ID, containing sensitive information over an unsecured internet connection to persons unknown to me. So if this asking a question is not the safest way, then you should think of a different one cause this one only does to reduce the amount of tickets you're getting - a great way of whitewashing your statistics.
