| More specifically, the enemy amount increase. Remember the issue where the game settings would constantly uncheck "use Monster Power" and you'd have to keep re-enabling it? That problem appears to have been fixed, however not entirely in-game. Now my MP checkbox remains checked and I receive the boosts of XP/magic-gold find/monster hitpoints and damage, but not the enemy amount increase. I was playing through Act3 a few days ago and I wondered why I couldn't get more than a higher killstreak of around 30. I figured I was just having a few random moments, even though I restarted the game for one reason or another several times. And my max killstreaks were always between the 20-25 mark. I wasn't really seeing much of a monster density increase either, would get killstreaks of around 25-30 in areas that were supposed to be bursting at the seams with those stinger things. Then I got to Act4 and it felt really off again. Max killstreaks of around 15-20 all the time whereas I'd normally get minimum killstreas of at least 50. That's when it occured to me to just disable and re-enable Monster Power on a whim. And voila, now I could actually get 80+ killstreaks on Act4 all of the sudden and monster density was back to delicious levels! So what in the hells??? I have to disable and re-enable MP every time I start the game because otherwise it won't give me the beefed up monster density. The "game settings turning off MP" bug looks to be still around, only better disguised. | ||
