| I am unable to access the real money auction house. I live in the United States and recently registered an authenticator and sms to my account... I have never been able to access the RMAH, but I have had the game since release. I do have a digital download if that helps. When hit auction house, I see the currency button in the top right but I'm presented with: "Access to the Real Money Auction House is restricted. Please contact customer service for more information." Any help would be greatly appreciated! | ||

| TruEngage, Your account recently was granted a rollback due to a compromise. When that occurs, an authenticator on the account becomes a requirement in order to access the Real Money Auction House. You added a mobile authenticator but the system won't automatically flag the account that it's been added in order to satisfy the new requirement. For that, you'll need to either submit a support ticket or speak to a Billing rep to have it enabled.
