| Juman, The order ID you listed shows you were outbid for a Vile Ward in the amount of 10,500,000. The gold was claimed on the account 2013/06/10 at 04:33:12 UTC. There were 13 prior bid attempts before that, each one being outbid but all the gold was claimed/returned.
