| I was trying out raising the Monster Power yesterday for the first time and thought I'd start easy with MP2. Long-story short, I lacked the gear and build to handle it :( I typed in the General chat, "MP2 is hard!" and immediately got an invite to a game from another player. I won't say their name, but this player had a Barb at paragon level 94. He took a few minutes to let me copy his build, gave me a bunch of legendary items, and threw 10 million gold at me (most gold I've ever saved at once was about 2 million). He then explained the build to me (which I later found out was just a standard WW build) and we tried it out until I got it down. I was in shock that another player would just give up some hard earned items and gold to me, so I asked, "Why?!" He said, "So you can upgrade your gear and handle MP2 lol." ALL I KNOW is that nice-!@# people like this can really make your gaming experience a ton better. I've always been fearful of playing with other people because of trolls or scammers, but this guy was straight up just a nice player. Just thought I'd share this positive moment! EDIT: I'm seeing a lot of good samaritans come forward in this thread. I just thought I'd say thanks to all of you experienced people who help us newbies out. What may seem like junk items to you probably makes a WORLD of difference for newer players. At the end of the day, it's all for fun anyways. THANKS GUYS. I HOPE KARMA DESCENDS UPON YOU IN THE FORM OF EMMA WATSON AND GRANTS YOU REAL LIFE BLESSINGS AND STUFF, LIKE WHEN YOU FIND MONEY IN THE POCKET OF AN OLD JACKET. THAT'S BECAUSE YOU HELPED SOMEONE OUT. | There are lots of great people to meet in game, and I'm glad to hear someone took the time to help you out with your progression. How are you doing in MP2 now? Maybe someday you'll get a chance to be as generous when you're a high paragon level and notice a new player could use some help! I know some of my characters wouldn't be in higher Monster Power difficulties if it wasn't for the help given to me by fellow players. Do any of you owe some of your success to the kindness of others? | ||

Hey Grimiku...I know that players won't know you're a Blizz CM in-game, but if someone does help you, do you reward them with like a hidden MF buff Goatmen aren't trusted with this kind of power, but I do run over to the nearest drum and wail on it in hopes that I can give them a buff. | ||
