| I originally posted this in the bug section because I thought it was a bug but since I realize there isn't really anything to be done about it was wondering how common it was to have an item disappear like this.. "I was helping someone out in a multiplayer game because I saw the guy posting for help in general chat. We were on the silver spire and I swapped out my ring called the "Glory Guide" stats were 77dex /7IAS/33CD/6%CD and a OS with a +58 dex gem in. Its on my diablo progress.. I put my SoJ on for the spirit regen and my other ring just disappeared.. there was an empty spot where it was at.. I have never had something like this happen before .. not in over 700+ hours of play.. ive looked everywhere for it to see if it mysteriously appeared on one of my followers but am unable to locate it.. I did not delete nor sell nor drop nor did i salvage it. And the only place i found to report is here.. Please send me an answer as to what could have caused this. thanks for your time." So I take it no one has had this happen to them before.. I talked to a customer service guy on the phone and he said to submit a ticket through account recovery.. In order to do that you have to agree to have all your gear equipped and in your stash become account bound... don't think it is worth it for 1 ring.. better to sell everything left and then sell all the gold on rmah.. lol Hi Bossless, that's definitely a weird one - and although I've never come across the issue, I'll keep my eyes open for any other reports. In the meantime, you may want to follow up with Game Master Shonategg - at this point it is unclear to me what the resolution will be as this is not a common issue. One thing I do feel I need to clear up - rollbacks are unable to be offered unless we can verify that the account was in fact compromised.
