| So, a few days ago I created an auction for an amulet on Diablo 3. I set it only for a buyout, which was 90 million gold. The amulet sold within the first few minutes and I received 76.5 mil. I called customer service to have them roll my account back, because having that much gold taken out of a bid is ridiculous. They told me that it in fact didn't happen, and that a bid for that item was accepted for 70something mil I can't remember exactly. So a bid was accepted on something that I set NO bid for within the first few minutes of me posting it, and the bid was much lower than the price I had set for a buyout.. They told me, over the phone, to submit a ticket and there would be a note on my account saying it needed a rollback since I couldn't have a rollback over the phone. I submitted a ticket and essentially got called a noob by the GM, saying they can't help players who aren't used to the system yet. I am extremely frustrated because I was told by customer service that there would be no issue, since I made it clear in the first place that submitting tickets on battle.net is a worthless waste of time anyway. I was told, very clearly, that something went wrong here and that there would be 0 issue with a rollback. Can someone help me out here, I very much so need a rollback on my account and I was told several times over the phone that it would be no problem. | Erevis, I'm afraid there won't be a rollback performed for such an issue. They're only done when a compromise can be confirmed on the account as was clearly explained to you via a reply to your support ticket as well. In looking at the auction, it sold for the 90 million. After the 15% fee was removed, you received 76.5 million.
