| Garryth, Yes, it is. It's to allow your financial institution time to process the transaction. Your purchase wasn't made quite 3 days ago but assuming you also received the email, it should have gone through already. | KurenaiYami, I've issued a reset to the account which should resolve it for you. For anyone else experiencing a similar situation, you can reset your account in the same manner by logging in to your Battle.net Account management page and changing the account's password.
