Hi Tookewlpara, please understand that although we do our best to assist - all accounts that are rolled back will have the restored items bound to it. This is a standard process of the rollback procedure that we put into effect several months ago. For any other customer service questions and concerns please either respond back to us via the last ticket, or create a new one here.
