| I am no longer receiving the 3006/37 error messages. However, I am now receiving consistent error 3 - incorrect login information messages. It happens every time I try to log in w/ the same error 3. I logged into Battle.Net and changed my password - still receiving the error 3. Thoughts? | ||

| Svuen, I see nothing wrong with the account really. I issued it a reset anyway which does pretty much the same as you changing the password would do but go ahead and try it again if you would. | Svuen, Can you post your D3Debug.txt file please? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. | Svuen, Ok, there's a few more things we can try for this. I had another user recently with a similar situation. He had a World of Warcraft account as you do that wasn't current as far as a payment method was concerned. I had him try connecting to Wow to see what it would tell him and as expected, it informed him he didn't have a paid-up account. He then tried his Diablo III account and it let him in. If you have Wow installed still, you might try that. You can also try right clicking the Diablo III launcher icon on your desktop and selecting the option to run as an administrator as it may be a permissions issue somewhere.
