| Hello, Since last night whenever I tried logging into the EU realm of Diablo 3 I would get an error 1 (unable to retrieve account licenses at this time). I decided to re-install both B-net app and Diablo 3 to try and fix this but it had no success. Now I started receiving error 317002 ( Cannot start or join games at this time. Please try again later) followed by Error 1 (There was an error retrieving licenses on this account ) and a second error 1 ( There was an error during game account logon). What puzzles me as well is that the B-net app does not recognize my account having a standard edition Diablo 3 account but rather display it as a Started + there is a button " Upgrade available " which when I tried clicking displayed "You are unable to upgrade (or something similar) " Any help resolving the issue is greatly appreciated. | ||
