Hi Blizz Team,

My brother just played the game this past few weeks but during this week he cannot log anymore into the game because of his authenticator on his phone cannot accept when logging in. He playing this game almost a year now and eagerly want to reach p100 even his busy schedule.

He already sent a ticket and got a Ticket #34565348. He decided to remove his mobile authenticator but there's still no action on his behalf and due to frustration he cited that he lost his phone for immediate action on this issue.

Fidere,

I'm not sure I understand? You're saying he made up a story in his ticket description to get faster response? That's not a very good idea. The ticket ID you've listed is not correct, it's for another issue for another user and it's been 133 days since it was resolved.

We can't do anything for him in here, he'll need to wait for a response to his ticket but he may just get an automated reply now for "having lost his phone".

I see. The ticket he created is in the European region, not the US which is what this forum is for and where I looked up the ID.

It looks like they're waiting for his ID to confirm ownership. The account also at this time does not have an authenticator attached to it.
