| My Barbarian role disappeared yesterday! ! I went out 4 hours,and i hang on the D3 game online . When I came back last night, my Barbarian role disappeared. | Nedved, I don't see any evidence of the character on the account any longer. I do see the account has been accessed my multiple IP addresses all in the same geographical area suggesting the possible sharing of the account. If that's the case, another user on the account may have deleted it. | Nedved , I'm afraid Customer Support cannot assist in restoring deleted heroes. | Nedved , The in-game recovery system can only recover the last deleted character so if the Monk were deleted after the Barbarian was, that's why you were able to get the Monk back.
