| Hello, My HD recently crashed and IO had to reinstall windows on a brand new hard drive. After I reinstalled and updated windows I logged in to diablo 3 after reinstalling it. When I logged in my account appeared fresh; all characters are gone, no achievements, friends list is empty etc. I also logged in to starcraft 2 and the same thing, the account appeared fresh; league placement was reset, no achievements, and friend list is empty. I tried contacting blizzard support (opened a ticket) and they were no help, he just gave me a bunch of links to read. Is there anything I need to access from my old harddrive or someone specific I can talk to at blizz suppoer that can restore my account?? Thanks in advance. | ||

| TheRev , Make sure you're on the right region where the characters were originally created. On the main login screen, before logging in, select Options > Account > and then check the region selected under Server Region Selection.
