So this error says "Your account information is incorrect" I got spooked and changed my password. The same email / password credentials are used for both the website and all of our games, so if you changed the password or the email on the website you will need to use the new updated information to login to both the website AND the game. I googled and youtubed error 3 and found a way around this stupid error, but why should I have to make a new admin profile on my computer. What the heck happend? And why does my ticket say "If you still have concerns, please reply to this ticket' but the reply button is not clickable!? Why does playing from a different profile with admin privillages (which my current one had) let me play? Whats funny, is I just made this thread and it looks to have been moved to the Support page. Does anyone in here go to the support thread? What this also means is that someone who is able to move threads, which could mean they COULD know something about whats going on with my account...but didnt bother adding anything.... | Hi DCYPL, I moved the issue into the technical support threads as that is where Omrakos is currently working issues that may concern things like this. Apologies for not updating the previous post - it's difficult for me to speak to why the account is behaving as described, however the alternate admin login would likely be used as a temporary troubleshooting step to see if that at least gets you back in.
