I don't see the appropriate place to post this, so I'll do it here...

Last night, I bought my wizard's amulet from the AH. I'm pretty sure I got a really good deal, on it (5 million gold for some pretty good stats). This morning, when I turned on my computer, I was alerted about some spyware, on my computer. After a scan of my computer, it detected something along the lines of "HTKL_Diablhck."

I removed the spyware, and tried logging on to D3. My account was blocked, for unusual log-on patterns, and I was required to answer a security question. I changed my password, and logged on - all of my belongings were still intact.

I restarted my computer, later, and I was alerted, again, of the same hack. Now, I'm concerned that this will continue to happen until I take further action (or should I say, "HACKtion" mwhahaha). Anyways, I don't know what I should do, and was wondering if someone could help.

Ideally, this person would be a blue, blizzard rep. :) I guess I could shoot them an e-mail, if nobody on here is familiar with my problem...

The best way to get help with a possible compromise is to submit a ticket from the support site. They'll look into the issue for you and take it from there. I know this kind of situation can be a little nerve wracking, so I wish you the best with getting it taken care of as easy as possible. However, I'm going to lock this thread as the forums aren't the appropriate place to discuss customer service issues.
