| Sunday night I was playing hardcore HC as usual and I got a disconnect (it was a problem on my end). I fixed my connection and I got an error saying my account had been locked "due to suspicius activity". I was like what the hell? Someone tried to hack me? But I have nothing of value and HC = no RMAH! I tried to fix this issue via your SMS system, and guess what? It's NOT working. Therefore I submitted my ticket same sunday and I got a response yesterday. Everything seemed fine as I could (as I am doing now) log in from my work PC and post on the forums. Later, when I got home and tried to log in from my PC, I still got the error saying my account is locked. Same thing happened when I tried to log in the forums. What's wrong? How come I can log in from my work PC but not from my home PC? What the... Blizzard, this is simply unacceptable. I agree that you take security measures for your customers, but your freaking SMS isn't working and I can't recover my account as I'm supposed to do it so I don't have to go through this. So what am I supposed to do now? Submit another ticket? I'm even losing the D3 aniversary bonus. Get your things straight Blizzard. | ||

| Thanks for posting, Narull - the authenticator absolutely should help out. @IronSteel - apologies that I didn't respond until just now. Please update the thread if you're continuing to have any issues with this. Typically, if there ever is a BNet lock on the account which can happen when it looks like the game is being accessed by a location that we're not familiar with, resetting the password usually does the trick.
