| i bought 2 pre paid cards.. one its working fine, the other one dont work.. it does not have been used.. it just don't add founds.. giving an error without explanation.. i have been to the shop (GAMESTOP in italy) and thay said that thay acctivated it normaly so the problem is on battlenet.. the battlenet support say that the card cant be reclamed so i must go to the shop, becous they sold it... they say that the card cant be activated on my account, but the first one forked just fine.. and i bought them in the same shop battle net cant even explain me what is the error in particular so i can go to the shop with an argumet.. i repet the card has not been used yet, coz if it was used it will say so!!! it just dont work... so if someone in this forum can hepl me.. coz im playing this game for a year now and.. and they are with us since relase.. and now this???? without any concret explanation?? | ||
