| My account(肥齡#3862) has been banned,and I use my friend's account to post here.Ecxept giving up,I have no hope to get back my account and know why my account banned.Viewed some posts by Araxom,I do my best to contact with CS through live chat and phone support,but they just told me "If you want to know what happen,check your Email again","This penalty has already been upheld."I don't know what I want to know the causes is so difficult. I know lots of players have gotten back ther accounts.Please tell me how to do except give up. | ||

| @ Paen, the thread is being locked as we discourage posting about any account actions in the forums. When an action is taken on an account, a link is included in the email notification through which our players can send in an appeal. You are also welcome to contact us through the Customer Support Portal.
