| I recently changed my phone and as a result I no longer have the same authenticator application. I want to sign into Diablo III, however, I was prompted with the Authenticator dialog. Since the Authenticator on my new phone has a different serial number, I can not log into the game. I was wondering if there is a way I can remove the authenticator from my account without having the old application. I submitted a ticket through the Blizzard support site, over 24 hours later the ticket was deleted by Blizzard with no response. It's getting frustrating and I was wondering if there could be some help here. Thank you | ||

| jPain, From what I can see, the only ticket submitted for your account is the one you submitted a few minutes ago.
