| I dont know what happen after this new patch installed, i cannot able to play all my characters from Nightmare and HELL or levels 30 above. i cannot press SELECT HERO the character and it will only says " This hero cannot be use with a Starter Edition License. Please create a new Hero." ??? what ??? Please give advice on how you fix this problem. All my 5 Heroes are stuck and i cannot play them. It was so disappointing, i hope you do help me fix this problem. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you all and pleasant evening. | ||

| Fr0zenH3arT, This hero cannot be use with a Starter Edition License. This would be why. For some reason, the servers believe your account has the Starter Edition restrictions. I can't see anything on the account that would cause it though.
