| I'm not sure why these keep happening, but I'll follow up to make sure we don't keep seeing these- give me just a few Mike and I'll help ya out too. BRB EDIT: Mike, please let me know if you continue to have the issue happen. Hopefully you should be all set. On a side note, if anyone else experiences this - please try resetting the password and then update the thread here if that didn't do the trick for you. Again, I'll we'll continue to look into this to see why this is happening after maintenance. Thank you, and apologies for any inconvenience that may have caused in the meantime! | ||

| Hi Doom - I'm currently waiting to hear back about the investigation as to what's going on with the AH. Sounds like this is probably related. There are a few threads which concern this already, and I'll be sure that this too is passed along. Thanks for letting us know, and for hanging in there in the meantime :) | ||

| Okay - the reset pw is more for the unverified account issue that OP was reporting. As soon as I get more info about the updates for the AH, I'll be sure to let you know. | ||
