| Hello, I recently asked for an account rollback/restore because someone has been logging on my account, I received a mail telling me it was done and I should change my password and so I did. But now as I try to log into the game it gives me Error 53 telling me my account was suspended, could anyone help me out? | ||

| Wounded, From what I can see, the account was never rolled back. They sent an offer explaining the rollback process asking for your permission but never received it, so the account remains locked. You'll need to contact our Billing department again for help with this I'm afraid.
