So recently I just returned to D3 that I bought with the wow annual pass, and now comeing back to play again I can see that my account has been downgrade to a starter edition. As far as I can remember I payed for it, and with that I mean the whole year... so am I missing something? and I also tried to make a ticket 2 times, I got no answer on them, they just removed them, so please help me.

Temko,

It looks like your World of Warcraft Annual Payment for the Diablo III promo lapsed a couple of months before it would have finished so they had to remove the benefits. Your Diablo III was downgraded to a Starter account at that time. You would need to contact a Billing representative and see what you need to do to get the account back in good standing at which time they might be able to reinstate your original Diablo III account.

You'll need to submit a support ticket as we can't discuss account issues like this here in a public forum

It should't be necessary as the issue is really very simple for a Billing representative to see. They'll tell you what you need to do to make the World of Warcraft account current and then hopefully be able to reinstate your Diablo III account once that's been done. According to our records, your annual pass lapsed back on 25/10/2012. You're going to need to contact our Billing people in the EU to get it straightened out I'm afraid.
