| Dear Blizzard, I just uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall it by the purchased DVD. However, when I double-clicked the DVD, it started checking for updates and said that it failed to download a required update. BLZPTS00006 - which talks about the internet connection problem or the antivirus in my PC. I am using PC, win 7, turned off the antivirus and was with wired connection, but I still cannot start setup. Please help.
