Thanks for taking the time to post! I'm afraid my colleagues and I aren't going to be in a position to assist you with your specific issue (since the Diablo III forums are really about giving players a place to connect with each other and talk about the game, rather than being a replacement for our ticket system), but I still wanted to respond with you and let you know if you have a ticket open, our Support representatives will look into it and try to assist in any way that they can -- even as it relates to account actions. Although we're not always able to go into specific detail about why an account action may have happened, we'll do our best to provide as much detail as possible and/or address any further concerns in regards to the account.

Also, please keep in mind that due to the high volume of inquiries we're receiving at the moment, our Support representatives may not be able to immediately respond. During the normal phone hours for our various support regions, though, we do offer live web chat which you can use to chat with Customer Support directly.
