| So i had the same problem as the guy below, i was stuck at updating and eventually got fed up and just uninstalled to try and reinstall again. Ended up with the same problem still stuck at updating. I should note that i am having the same exact problem loading up WoW as well, ends up saying stuck at updating as well. I have tried flushing my dns and it has not worked. | ||

| Stephynnie, If you use an antivirus or firewall program, try temporarily disabling them when installing. | Stephynnie, Were you using an antivirus or firewall app and if so, which one(s)? You may need to do the steps in that support article I linked earlier each time you try. Basically, it deletes the Agent files so when the installer runs again, it has to go out and get the latest version again. You should also be running the installer as an admin if you aren't already.
