Hi,

after not logging in to Diablo 3 for 2 days - and never having any issues previously logging into Diablo 3 - I tried to run Diablo 3 today as usual - and was greeted with the following error message:

Diablo 3 was unable to initialize a streaming connection, which is required to download, patch and repair files.


I have no firewall setting that is blocking Diablo 3, no PeerBlock and generally haven't changed my PC from the last time I ran Diablo 3.

A new patch however came out - from the last time I ran the game.

Vendrium,

Could you try deleting the Diablo III.mfil in your Diablo III game folder, then follow the steps in this support article?
