| Here is my support ticket. "Hi. I recently put $40 worth onto my battle.net account while trying to get Diablo 3 gold on the Blizzard live chat. I couldn't get my paypal working and the live chat person finally fixed it for me. After that I put $40 onto my account balance only to see after I bought it that I have to wait 1-3 for it to go onto my account ( I was on the same live chat while doing this). After seeing this I decided I wanted to get a refund and just buy the gold in-game so I don't have to wait. The blizzard person said that was no problem and they would just cancel my payment of $40 and let me just pay for the gold with PayPal instead of this account balance. All was well until about 5 hours later. I check my Diablo 3 and it says I have $40 on my balance AND the 1,000,000,000 gold I bought for $34 trough Paypal. So now I wasted $40 when the live chat person told me TWICE that the payment for $40 would not go trough and I don't have to worry about anything. At this point I am very frustrated and would like to get my money back for the $40. I will be quiting all Blizzard games because of this. Please refund the money, otherwise I will have to chat about this with PayPal." Has this every happened to you? | ||
