I dont understand how blizzard can justify banning any of these people who simply bought gems when the gems price skyrocketed. This is like going to the GM dealership where THEY set the price of Yukons at 25,000 (normally 50,000) and you do the same thing any smart consumer would... buy 1 or 2. Then GM randomly comes takes your car, your money, and throws you in jail... because some how its your fault that they messed up the pricing. Even if people knew something was up it is absolutely not their responsibility, it is your game blizzard and you are in control of the economy. You set up no threads saying there was something wrong, and you take out your own mistakes by making the best PR decision ever and banning innocent players. All of these people who did not take place in the duping and simply bought gems should be unbanned; I would love a blue to argue otherwise.

Hi all, (thread is specifically directed at OP but concerns all interested parties). Firstly, as expected with any wave of account actions, there's going to be an increased amount of inquiries put to us about what's going with players' accounts. Last week, I responded to a number of these inquiries directly, and was in touch with several players who likewise had submitted tickets and appeals. I made a sizeable response which addresses the general manner in which we do review appeals and how we respond to account actions.

That being said, I just wanted to clarify that posts which discuss account actions will be locked, as such discussions are best handled through our available Support channels. While posting about account actions is indeed a violation of the forum Code of Conduct, the truth is that such posts don't really put our Support staff in a position to assist you, like they can if you submit a ticket.

Thanks for your understanding! We sincerely appreciate it.
