| Stop deleting these topics about people getting wrongfully banned and how you guys stole money from players who had their accounts rolled back/banned when you clearly had the option to refund. These issues need to be addressed and its not being taken care of via support and opening a ticket. Mine has been sitting there for over four days now, no reply. | ||

However, the forums are not an appropriate place to discuss account actions, so I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread -- as we've done with other similar topics. If you have a ticket open, our Customer Support representatives will look into it and assist in any way that they can, but please keep in mind that we've got a high volume of inquiries at the moment, and may not be able to immediately respond. We'll do our best to provide as much detail as possible, but we're not always able to go into specific details about account actions.
