| Araxom keeps telling us to open a ticket for such issues but all I ever got were half-assed replies which were clearly copy-pasted with no effort put in by the CS staff to even read the contents of the ticket! My other account (Adler#6682) was another victim of the recent 1.08 ban wave because I was wrongfully flagged as a mule for tainted gold. Not knowing the dupe had existed yet, I agreed to help a "friend" transfer a large sum of gold (4bil) to his other account. This was minutes before the servers went down. Before I knew it, I received an email saying I was suspended, and then subsequently banned. All attempts to appeal and explain my case have been brushed aside by any CS staff I've ever contacted. The level of customer service was simply absurd. Seeing as others have had better luck posting here, I thought I'd give it a go as well. /rant Cheers | ||

| Hi all - in regards to the issue, I do recommend that the interested parties take a peek at my response to a similar issue here. I ask that anyone with an account issue please bring it to our attention directly as we will not discuss account actions in the forums.
