| I have been having disconnect issues for the past month and a half and I can't seem to find a solution so I need some help. I'll be on sometimes for a couple of hours just fine then get kicked off sever. Sometimes it only takes a few minuets. I have tried a few of the tips blizzard gives you, but they don't help. Sometimes they make it worse. Has anyone else suffered these problems and or found solution to it. I'm almost ready to hang up the ol Diablo3 game for good. Does being wireless have anything to do with it? | ||

| SirAlday, Posted by: SirAlday Does being wireless have anything to do with it? It could easily be the problem. If you're using a wireless connection of any kind, please try to connect using a wired connection such as an ethernet cable between your computer's NIC and your modem, bypassing any routers in use as a temporary test. Be sure to disable the wireless connection in the PC when doing this or it will still try to use it. Wireless connections are unstable in general and many things beyond your control can and often do interfere with the signal integrity. If you stop being disconnected while using a wired connection you will know your wireless is suffering from interference from a nearby source. If it is possible to do so for your router, switching to a single wireless mode B,G, or N will potentially provide a more secure connection, with less latency and disconnections. If you do not know how to do this, please check your wireless router's instruction manual, or contact the manufacturer or provider of the wireless router for help setting it up. ________________________________________________ I'm available Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time "A working class hero is something to be...."
