| I haven't played Diablo 3 in a few weeks, I had some extra time on hand decided to load it up and it said my video card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 isn't supported. Also said my windows service pack 1 isn't supported I haven't made any changes lately to my computer since I last played the game. I was able to play fine before graphics were fine ran everything very well, also my video card isn't on the unsupported video cards so i'm very confused right now why Diablo 3 is doing this now all of a sudden. Is anyone also having this issue or know a way around this or how to go about fixing this issue? | ||

| Arawon, For the video card, it's likely referring to the drivers being outdated. For the Service Pack 1 message, it might do that if you're using Vista as Service Pack 2 is what's needed. If you post some information about your computer, I can better determine what's going on for you. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. ________________________________________________ I'm available Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time "A working class hero is something to be...." | Arawon, "DDraw Status: Not Available D3D Status: Enabled AGP Status: Not Available" This is why the video card isn't letting the game run. All three of these entries should be seen as Enabled. You might be able to just reboot the computer to fix it, but if that doesn't help, reinstalling the video drivers is next. You can use the same ones you installed last if you like but when installing them, use the Custom and Clean Install options, installing just the graphic drivers and none of the optional components. I'll need to see the exact text of the message regarding the operating system. Yours is fine so there shouldn't be any problems there, unless you've changed the compatibility mode properties at one time for the installer/launcher. ________________________________________________ I'm available Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time "A working class hero is something to be...."
