| I just tried talking to one of the support people on the chat support....(sounds messed up) Well she asked me For my e-mail and my name, sounds fine well then she ask for my answer to my secret question. I'm like STOP right there if you are really from blizzard you do not need my answer. I even asked her what my question was and she would not give me the info. This sounds like a hacker to me | ||

| crytek , The whole point of having a secret question and answer is so you'll be able to prove to us you're the owner of the account in question. The theory is you won't have told it to anyone so only you should know the answer. They would have given you the question though as you wouldn't be expected to remember that. It's read from a list of possible choices. I can see that a webchat was initiated but I'm not able to see the transcript of the conversation. I can insure you though that whomever you were in contact with was not trying to steal your account info. | ||
