| My dad bought D-3 and we cannot join a game together. Every time I click on his name it says he is on a starter and cannot join, how can we fix this? | ||

| MATRIX, If he purchased the game digitally, there's up to a 72 hour period where the account will have a few "starter" restrictions in place until the financial transaction finalizes. | ||
