| Starter Edition even though I've owned since release...(1) | Category: Technical SupportNovember-11-2013 9:51 PM PST (9 years ago) ![]() | |
| I am so confused right now... I purchased this game when it released...played through the horrible bugs for a few months and then gave up. After it sat idle on my computer for several months I uninstalled it. Now I came back to give it another try and while I can SEE my level 60 Barbarian and other characters I cannot play them because it says my account is a starter edition account? I thought when I bought this game that meant I owned it and was free to uninstall and re-install at my leisure... Not only that but I also can't access the AH which I had no problems using (and spending real money on) before. Anyone else have this problem/any blues want to tell me why I can't seem to play the game I paid for? | ||

| Isezumi, What happened was you obtained Diablo III via the World of Warcraft Annual Pass Program, but you let the payment method for that lapse, thereby breaking the agreement. The benefits are removed when that happens. You'll need to contact our Billing Department to get that straightened out. Afterwards, they'll hopefully be able to reinstate the Diablo III account for you. This article will lead you through the process of submitting a ticket. @Elias - Your posting Battle.net account was just created and all it has is a Starter Edition of Diablo III. If you're referring to another account, you'll want to submit a support ticket as described above. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
