| I lost my phone the other day. I downloaded the mobile authenticator app to my tablet, and followed the instructions to restore by using my serial and restore code. Now the app is showing my correct serial, but the codes do not work when I try to login. What gives? | ||

| Hitchens, If you're able to connect to your Battle.net Account Management page with the authenticator, I'd try removing it from the account and then re-adding it again. | ||
